It's all SLOTH on the part of your neighbors. They paid the price for their laziness and now have to go through the trauma of dealing with their insurance companies.

THEN when their insurance rates go up they will scream bloody murder because "it wasn't my fault."

Crazy thing is, even my parents got hit and dad was the one who taught *me* about home security and criminals, himself having been a prison guard for over 30 years.

Now that he’s gone, my mom just has an electronic gizmo that “barks” at people who come to the house.

She hates dogs and won’t even consider getting one so I don’t know what more to do for her.

The gizmo sure does sound like a pack of vicious dogs but it’s not anything I’d be comfortable depending on.
