We need a presidential candidate who opposes gay marriage at the federal level for the military, federal employment and immigration, you desperately oppose that, and have for at least a decade.
The only thing that has changed in your arguments, is this fairly new, ‘In the name of Christ stop opposing gay marriage’.

I set both out boldly before God to judge. I don’t think you are going to look that good because you are for the exaltation of yourself and of man.
I am for the exaltation of God. That exaltation was thrown away decades ago with the large, stealing, nanny government.
How about “in the name of Christ stop the existing sins and then and only then you will find yourself with power to leave gay marriage in the dustbin of history.”
