Thanks for the article, I learned something about Dr. Carson today.
That is the main reason I posted this because when I first heard his answer to Beck about the 2nd, he lost me for someone knowledgeable about the Constitution.
He certain paid attention to his science and medicine classes but apparently failed miserably if he had to take any civics or American History classes. But then again, did he fail or did the teachers and professors? I would assume the latter.
Ironic. I got into some heated ‘discussion’ with some here re: Carson’s previous discourse on the emergency-of-now for the traditional GOP and how it seems only the economy should be tackled, leaving the ‘social issues’, entitlements, et al for ‘later’.
In these discussions, one FReeper (at the suggestion of another) threw out an insinuation that I must be racist for disagreeing with Carson.
So, Carson now has on his race-filter glasses. I’m guessing what I’ll be called because I now don’t agree with him on this.
