~If the Mexican military walked into Arizona, and had a vote for succession, would you be out there waving a Mexican flag?~

Your parallels are far-fetched.
Russia and Ukraine are closer culturally, let alone US is not as corrupt as Mexico and none in a sane mind would opt for Mexico in Arizona, illegals included.
Ukraine is a failed country, it is yet to catch with Mexico in both freedom and opportunities.
Even their own troops are defecting at first opportunity because there are really nothing to fight for.

~The Ukrainians do not want to join the EU. ~

And more important: EU doesn’t want too.

Have you even been following the situation?
80000 troops in Russia with tanks etc?

Why do you support a Russian invasion of Ukraine?
And why is it that all you Russians never answer that question?

“Russia and Ukraine are closer culturally”

HOLY CRAP are you serious?

Russians have killed MILLIONS of Ukrainians! Why? for land. There is nothing close culturally with someone who wants you dead.

The example I gave is exactly the same. One country attacking another, and having a vote for succession.

So I’ll ask you too....Why do you Russians on FR support one country invading another?

LOL ! I'm fine and I'm not your friend, soviet.

There's no “uprising”, all mongo propaganda is showing are crowds of up to a few hundred people, largely fakes, just like “US citizen” garbage you soviet posted several days ago. Anyway, I'm on a winning side no matter what is going to happen, your mongo buddies exposed themselves, even Gerries (you know “Nazis”, who broke Yugoslavia, somehow your mongo “brothers” have never had problems doing business with them) will not be able to lobby for Gazprom anymore. Too bad several thousand of people will probably die but as usual, all in the name of “slavic unity”. Now go watch some pictures of the shirtless Putin.

There is precedent for this.

When asked how many Ukrainian troops had defected to the Russian Armed Forces, Rozmaznin responded: “About fifty percent.”

Ukrainian military units are expected to depart Crimea through the town of Krasnoperekopsk on the Perekop Isthmus and the town of Chonhar in Kherson region.

Yeah, well Putin lied about the spetsnaz in Crimea and said they were just local guys who bought uniforms, maybe militia. Yes, we’ve got some real quislings on FReeRepublic. Maybe they’ll want the name changed to PUtinRepublic.

Agree, and historically Russia under the Czars, Russia under the Communists, and the NAZIS have all brutalized the Ukrainians. It's odd that so many people on here put their fondness for Putin above the legitimate aspirations of the Ukrainian people.

~Russians have killed MILLIONS of Ukrainians! Why? for land. There is nothing close culturally with someone who wants you dead~

If you are referring to so-called ‘Holodomor’ how has you confirmed an ethnicity of the killers?
Has Russians (or Poles, or Jews) killed by Ukrainian nationals wearing either KGB or Nazi uniform hold the entire nation of Ukraine responsible?
And as soon as communism seems to be the problem why won’t we point fingers at Germans and start to hate them because it was their secret service who sent Bolshevics to Russia and paid for their activity to push for a communist takeover and knock Russia out of WWI?
Would Russia and Ukraine invade Germany to punish it once again for such an atrocity, which led to so many deaths and misery through the world since 1917?
Or maybe we would dig Marx out of his grave and impose some sort of muslim punishment upon his body?

Man, easy, all that we see is that junta from Kiev sent troops against civilians, and troops refused to act against citizens of their own.

What invasion? In Crimea - true. In Ukraine, east Ukraine - non of that. Just people against government.

Twitter is usefull but not a news source
Am I getting what your saying is this:

These are Ukraine troops who are still loyal to Ukraine. That faked they’re Russian troops so they could enter the area with a minimum of casulties ?

There’s no question these are soldiers fully armed and dressed as Russian regulars replete with masks and some with Ukraine insignia. Any insistance they’re grandpas or irregulars is a fool .Particularly tooling around in APCs. I hope your sources are reliable and this is not some wishfull thinking on the part of some commander back in Kiev who hasn’t a clue as to what is going on. The Ukraine command structure is something left to be desired.

Personally I think it’s a Russian specialized unit.

I hope your right !

What invasion? In Crimea - true.

Again, why do you support the invasion of a sovereign invasion?

It is hilarious that you russians can’t answer that simple question! you run away with excuses and stories. Can you answer it?

Why do you Russians always support putin’s actions?

Russians don't. The Soviets are now happy the old USSR is coming back. But Russians they are not; they are the new soviet men, products of century-long artificial selection.

Probably that’s what you think happened at Srebrenica, but factually, if that matters to you, the victims were not Serbs.
