To emphasize Valle-Clas’ cunning, she showed Ryskamp two driver’s license photos of Valle-Clas. In one, she wears glasses, has bangs and uses the name Gloria LopezClas. In the other, she has her hair pulled back, no glasses and calls herself Nereida Valle. The photos, Bell said, were taken a day apart.
Anybody check to see if she registered to vote under both names? Or did she vote twice?

Was dismayed today to find out more rules are being made up. Today a State Employee told me that P.O.A.s are not recognized by my State. LOL ... I knew the Feds were this way but now my State says no P.O.A.s are recognized. Attorneys, in my State, are about to receive an earful. 10th Amendment is gone. I suspected but now know for certain.

I really meant “Who cares what race she is?”
While I am aware of racially related crime statistics, like blacks committing about 70% of violent crime, that should not be considered. There should be no “race” or “status” or “celebrity” or “affluenza” when you face the Judge.
But I hate frauds. Assuming they are not violent, I do not think they should be sent to prison, but I think they should forced to pay it back tripled. And, if they can’t pay in money, they should be cut up for spare parts so that they can pay their debt to society in blood and organs.
