Was dismayed today to find out more rules are being made up. Today a State Employee told me that P.O.A.s are not recognized by my State. LOL ... I knew the Feds were this way but now my State says no P.O.A.s are recognized. Attorneys, in my State, are about to receive an earful. 10^th Amendment is gone. I suspected but now know for certain.
