328 were in parliament to vote for impeachment.

Yanukovich himself signed off on the agreement to hold new elections in May.

Two days before the impeachment vote the rump parliament of 227, made up almost entirely of opposition members, voted to ban the police and military from taking any action against the firebomb throwing insurrectionist mob. The overthrow of the government was a fait accomplis after that. Anyone who supported that government had no protection from the mob or the new junta so to save their own necks they had drop their support or flee. Hence the easy vote for impeachment. Sounds nice and democratic, huh?
