Yep. The lines between military and law enforcement are being blurred with purposeful intent. Americans witnessing and experiencing all of these paramilitary forces is part of the "normalization" plan, too.
I fully expect to see sustained use of FLEA military style check points along all interstate systems in the very near future. We already see that along I-10 with Border Patrol checkpoints. It also would not surprise me at all to see DHS security agents augmented in a big way on military installations as a "protection" measure for our troops. Everything from gate security to "guarding" unit arms rooms and "escorting" units to training and firing ranges.
Never let a crisis go to waste.

I have long maintained that when these ‘forces’ (i.e., personnel, government functionaries, etc.) begin to wonder whether they will make it home at night is when common sense will start to prevail.

Yep. The lines between military and law enforcement are being blurred with purposeful intent. Americans witnessing and experiencing all of these paramilitary forces is part of the "normalization" plan, too. The "Posse Comitatus Act" was passed for a reason. One way to get around prohibitions against the use of the federal military as domestic law enforcement, is to militarize "civilian" law enforcement.
