All of these FLEAS and metro SWAT cops are FBI HRT wannabees. First, it was DEA, then ATF, now BLM and NPS. The Department of Education even has a SWAT team now. It's a kind of internal Fedzilla arms race that has spilled over into state and local law enforcement.
