Changing the Constitution will have no affect on Obama and leftists who ignore it anyway

The Leftists do not ignore the Constitution. They follow it to the letter. Unfortunately, it's the Living Constitution, the Constitution as a tree, the Constitution that evolves and changes over time without the words actually changing, that they follow.

When words slip and slide out of meaning in the minds and opinions of liberal judges via penumbras and emanations, it's important to refresh the intent of the Framers by sharpening and restating that Original Intent in sharper and more pointed language via the amendatory process. This is that opportunity.
