I couldn’t find anything on them. Love how they slip this stuff into official propaganda like it doesn’t matter that we don’t have any idea who these sources are.

If you bother to check gov’t sources, you’ll find they are always quoting these supposedly “independent experts” who turn up to work for government funded “non governmental” organizations, are Soros-type operations or financially interested special interest money.

Usually you can at least find information about the groups quoted though and get a name of real person attached to a poll or study.

US retreat is the Russians’ fault now....

The Russians are just doing what Russians do - move into a vacuum. The US and EU have been timid and exhibited signs of weakness in the face of the Russian bear. If weapons instead of “Meals Ready to Eat” had been sent to the Ukrainian people, they would have been both fortified, and assured of further assistance down the road.

Now it just looks like the Russian “liberators” will have more to eat right away.
