Every document needs to be scrutinized in conjunction w/ possible connections to IRS terrorism-targeting, orders from Obama, favors from Obama, financial emoluments, govt fraud, etc.

If the allegations can be proven, IRS/Lerner and Democrat Cummings faces VERY serious charges of getting unauthorized access to confidential Federal Taxpayer Information (FTI), a violation that could land them in jail-----and if they colluded to obtain numbers of FTI's from Conservative 501(c)(3) and 501(c)(4) groups--that could involve other serious crimes.

If Elijah does, in fact, possess unauthorized tax documents obtained through conspiracy and collusion, and if he distributed the illegally-held documents to other "interested parties" (perhaps in Congress), charges of aiding and abetting could also be involved.

According to Fox News Reporting: "Enemies of the State" Engelbrecht's True the Vote was harassed not only by the IRS but also the FBI (demanding unobtainable info on everyone who had any contact with the organization) and the family oilfield equipment manufacturing business subjected to warrant-less unannounced inspections by the ATF (looking for illegal weapons manufacture), and the Department of Labor OSHA for labor code violations. They were fined $20000 because one fork-lift operator wasn't using a seat belt and some other trivial infraction.

At the recent IRS hearings she said: But know this, my experiences at the hands of this government in these last five years have made me more determined than ever to stand before you and America and say I will not retreat.
