He is male but "self identifies" as female. In other words he wears a dress.
He is married to a female who he is in the process of divorcing. According to him while they were separated they were still having sex. The charges stem from his conduct on the day after he served her the papers. According to him it was consensual. According to her it was rape.
Moral of the story: Never marry a guy who likes to wear your clothes.

Let me clarify where the San Francisco PC reporter failed.
The attacker is a man who wears a dress and wants to be called a woman. The wife is a woman.
