BOMBSHELL REPORT: Sen. Harry Reid Behind BLM Land Grab of Bundy Ranch (freerepublic credited)

The Bureau of Land Management, whose Director was Sen. Harry Reid’s (D-Nev.) former senior adviser, has purged documents from its web site stating that the agency wants Nevada rancher Cliven Bundy’s cattle off of the land his family has worked for over 140 years in order to make way for solar panel power stations.

Corrupt Democratic Sen. Harry Reid (D-Nev.) working with the Chinese gov’t to take land from hard-working Americans.

Deleted from BLM.gov but reposted for posterity by the Free Republic, the BLM document entitled “Cattle Trespass Impacts” directly states that Bundy’s cattle “impacts” solar development, more specifically the construction of “utility-scale solar power generation facilities” on “public lands.”

“Non-Governmental Organizations have expressed concern that the regional mitigation strategy for the Dry Lake Solar Energy Zone utilizes Gold Butte as the location for offsite mitigation for impacts from solar development, and that those restoration activities are not durable with the presence of trespass cattle,” the document states.

And Kornze, the BLM head, is a longtime Reid stooge and henchman. From December of last year:

“WASHINGTON — Fallout from the Senate’s fight over filibusters ended up falling Tuesday on the Nevadan nominated to head the Bureau of Land Management.

At a Senate confirmation hearing, Sen. John Barrasso, R-Wyo., challenged Neil Kornze’s credentials to lead the agency, saying federal law requires a director to have “broad background and substantial experience in natural resource management.”

“I remain concerned you lack the experience required for the position of BLM director,” Barrasso told Kornze, noting recent BLM Directors Bob Abbey and Jim Caswell each had logged more than 30 years as public lands managers before heading the agency.

Kornze, 35, worked at the BLM in Washington since January 2011, and became the functioning head of the agency when when Abbey retired last year. Before joining the BLM, he worked for eight years in the office of Sen. Harry Reid, D-Nev., rising to become senior policy adviser on public lands.”

When we regain control of the Senate, the first thing the new majority leader needs to do is assign Reid to the least known, most ineffective sub committe there is. He needs to be forced into obscurity for as long as he’s around. And while we’re at it, apply the same treatment to SanFranNan over in the House.

Harry Reid is a traitor.

In the day they would be hanging from an oak. I’ll settle for a mesquite.

The oligarchs, of which Harry ‘the Mormon with a temple recommend’ Reid is one in his mind, are merely showing the US that we the people are irrelevant to these rulers. They will give away whatever they want of the lands and properties regardless of whom it is that owns by law. The oligarchs do not consider the laws as governing them, only US. Just imagine what another temple recommend Mormon would have for US had he been placed in the White House ... and he is considering challenging Jeb for the nomination!

We are proving every day, how corrupt this government has become. Now, here’s another “CORRUPTION” oozing out of this government. 1st) They tried to drive this man out of his land by “TAXING” him He refused to bite. 2nd) They tried to drive this man out of his land by claiming the “TORTOISE” had a better claim in his land than he did. 3rd) They took away his cattle and from what I’ve heard, euthanized them. Rather than coming out and say what they wanted to use this land for, they used another arm of the government, the BLM, to drive this rancher out. Then they gave the BLM the money to “BUY” their “HIRED GUNS”, in other words “MERCENARIES” posing as a “POLICE FORCE”. Don’t you think that it’s time that the people start arming themselves to drive these very corrupt politicians out of office. That’s the only way we’ll be able to get back our freedoms that was taken away.

That’s not how it works. Each party gets x# of seats on each committee. Members apply for the committees they want, and the party decides who gets which seats.

I'm happy to learn that at least one person tries to read my terse posts for meaning when most are just cheap humor attempts and troll bait.

I've been working on moving out west and never ease to be amazed how complicated land is from a legal standpoint.
