'If the man is Lisenber its not clear how he wasnt detected at our borders. But it is clear how he was sent out of the U.S. without facing charges the CBSA told the hearing it was common around that time for U.S. authorities to deport Latin Americans without asking questions.'
A double border jumping illegal. Who knows how many others were released and not prosecuted.
Paging Jeb Bush for comment.
When will our government start showing a little compassion for the American people?
Of interest is the case of Charles Ng born Hong Kong. He falsified documents and joined the US Marines. On dishonourable discharge, he helped in 12 horrible murders in California, around 1982. He was arrested in Calgary, Canada while on the run.
What may be pertinent to this case, is that the do good people fought tooth and nail to stop deportation to the US. Saying he would get the death penalty. The Canadian authorities flew him by helicopter to the US border from the courthouse. The judge had just ordered him deported. Defence lawyers scurried to ready an appeal- too late.
Ng has been on death row for twenty years and his trials have cost the US twenty million dollars.
The point of my post, is that I will now watch just what the lawyers will do to try to avoid this man's deportation. I am sure they will.
It was a love act of murder by a dreamer /sarc
