UN Agenda 21/Common Core tells us that it is racist to redistribute the things confiscated from producers based upon merit.
Everything must be divvied up among self-appointed aggrieved groups. The producers should be excluded from this redistribution because they are racist by definition.
The number of seats and teachers is finite, so apparently there is too much attempted attendance.

When will whites stand up for their children against affirmative discrimination?For all we know, it might be the whites that end up getting the affirmative action (hint from article: Asians).
Any self respecting member of a minority group should be insulted by the basic tenets of affirmative action.

The left has created a Balkans in California. Now all it needs is a bad economic situation, and someone on the outside with an agenda can set the whole thing on fire and create chaos.
When whites are finally eliminated, Asians will find themselves the hated group by the groups that can't do. But the great majority of AAs voted for Obama. This is what they will get.
How about never. Those groups think success is just a matter of somebody giving someone else something. Nobody every earns anything as in "you didn't earn that," so why shouldn't they be given positions and favors without earning them. Wealth just exists...they just want their fair share of the "unearned" loot. Obama's socialist America.
