The problem with commie DemocRAT politicians is that they love spending OTHER PEOPLE’S MONEY in order to hold on to their freeloading, political “jobs.”

Raise the minimum wage way up, and then when it inevitably leads to wage-push inflation, institute price controls. Yeah, that sounds like a great program. /S

And repeat the process when the unmonied become monied. (What did the Stalinists think Marx meant by “permanent revolution” after all?)

The sub-minimum wage for tipped jobs is stupid and should be abolished. How about a$100 an hour mandatory wage for all?

The tipped minimum wage hasn’t changed in 23 years

Ah, but restaurant prices have, and so have the tips.

May be an outlier, but I know a waitress at the local Ponderosa--PONDEROSA, mind you--who makes $140/day in tips plus her hourly wage. Do you think she'd trade that for $12/hr?

A core principle of Conservatism is to oppose the minimum wage. America's economic might will most assuredly be restored when the travesty of the minimum wage is abolished. It's an invention of the evil Frances Perkins (of FDR's so-called "Brain" Trust) who favored slavery and opposed individual liberty.

They are proposing $12/hour? But the President just proposed a $10.10/hour minimum wage, didn’t he? Clearly inadequate! He is obviously shilling for his crony capitalist friends to keep the wages of women down!
