I just heard about all this. So don’t know anything, really.
Immediately my mind jumped to a guy I just heard about on talk radio yesterday. I thought of him exactly because they said he was Saudi or Iranian, or something, immigrated and entered the army, but his name was HASAN, just like the last Ft. Hood shooter. Radio show said something about him being suspicious but no reason to detain him! My God, I didn’t listen real well, think our local host (or was it Rush?) was just griping about security, but I immediately thought what was a Moslem named Hasan doing in the army - think they may have mentioned he even was stationed there. That may have been the main reason my alarm bells went off!
Years ago my sister was married to a man from Iran his family moved to the US during the 70’s. Anyway his name was Merdhad and he would tell everyone to call him Mike. He was a very nice man. This was my sisters 2nd husband she is on Husband #4 but I think she is done looking.
