He should have waited until he was at least of legal age before eating the pot cookie and falling to his death.
The student was from the Republic of Congo and going to school in Wyoming, and only visiting Denver.
I wonder if he knew that the cookie contained a drug? He may be completely innocent in this terrible thing.

I encountered LSD spiked punch and pot brownies at at college party (ca 1970) But everyone was warned (At least early in the evening). LSD is a truly dangerous drug and looking back, I cannot fathom anyone being so irresponsible. College kids...
I did learn from another source that the victim fell from a height of 33 feet and that he was an engineering student.

All he had to do was ask and I could have told him that from a practical standpoint they all still apply, all of the time.

Do they not have balconies in the Congo? It isn’t really that difficult NOT to fall off them, even if you are high.
