Pushed back from the headlines, massive protests against the repressive Nicolas Maduro regime in Venezuela continue.
So do the killings by the "colectivos." If this group of thugs enforcing Maduoro's Chavista socialist nightmare were instead right-wing paramilitary types, they would long since have been christened "death squads" and garnered international attention. A story about the colectivos finally appeared in the Associated Press today. While the coverage by Fabiola Sanchez and Frank Bajak was mostly measured, it completely ignored the fact the colectivos can operate without fear of armed resistance because of government curbs on purchases, transfers, and public carrying of guns.

Just ask Mussolini how this tact works out. When the people realize that they surround the “Colectivos” and not the other way around, music wire will be in short supply.
Sounds like the kind of guy “Zero” and our Hollywood collective could embrace.
We pray the people of this Venezuela would seek You through all the violence, corruption, and hardships they are facing. Fight their battle for them, LORD God of mercy and strength. Take down the corrupt leaders from power, the criminals and murderers running free, and put good and godly people in power, who will trust in You and bring true hope and peace to this country. Open the eyes of the world to see the full truth of what is going on in this country, even though most of the media is not reporting what is going on. You God know, we put our trust in You. Amen.
And to think that NYC and Paris have both just openly and willingly elected out of the closet socialists! The stupidity is mind boggling.

Why is obama so silent as to the activities of his ideological allies?
The “Colectivos” are thug underclass given the job of thumping any middle-class Venezuelans who protest against the regime.
Visualize how things would be if Obama had recruited the inner-city street gangs as regime-security.
