There is a difference between addressing a specific audience and making a ‘black’ publication.
Reagan spoke to all Americans. Why do we need to speak to ‘black’ Americans? Or Blind Americans? Or Sheep loving Americans? What is your problem with just considering people Americans and addressing them as such?

I’d make an American Indian publication if it encouraged American Indians to be more conservative.
The END goal is uniting, but it has to be pursued by addressing known separate groups in a custom manner. It is the manner of missions and it works.
