I blame the main stream media. Our founding fathers gave “the press” protection in the constitution so that they could be the watch dog.
There would be less government corruption if everyone knew that they would eventually be exposed. However, the current media has gone from watch dog to lap dog. They will investigate any real or perceived bad behavior from Republicans and conservatives ( I separate the two since the Republican elite are not conservative). While at the same time providing cover for the Democrats (and the left).
As the saying goes, power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely. For the most part socialist Democrats can do and say anything without fear of it harming them. They have no “brakes” on their behavior other than their conscience (and I do not believe you can be a socialist Democrat where the ends justifies the means and have a conscience).
Let's see if it is as pervasive and egregious as this laundry list of Democraps appears to be. I say go and get the corrupt GOPe crowd. Get 'em off the ballot so that we can repeat the Scott Wagner Pennsylvania write-in victory all across the country.
This list of Democrat career criminals is just the tip of the iceburg. Let's see if the FBI has the fortitude to continue the roundup of Democrooks and/or get them to flip on their bosses.
Anyone here remember the ‘06 mid-terms when the Democrats retook the House? The national media ran with Pelosi’s ‘Culture of Corruption’ theme based on Tom Delay’s
‘crimes’ and Mark Foley’s overly-fond emails to male House pages. That election put the current decline on fast forward.
Because the media will not cover up GOP wrongdoing the way they hide Democrook malfeasance, there may not be anything new to expose and prosecute. GOP wrongdoers are generally quickly exposed and dealt with. The GOP "Culture of Corruption" is really nothing more than a Nancy Pelosi talking point.

Yep. Get out these scads of Democrat corruption cases (that got caught) before the elections, waaaaaa-y before. Then bring on the Republican accusations in October some time.
Oh, please. Because of the Democrat/MSM complex, there need not be any actual corruption and malfeasance to explore and prosecute. All the Justus Department need do is announce investigations of a batch of Republicans and allow the videotaping of boxes of files being carried out of the alleged perps' offices about three weeks before the election. CNN and the rest of the alphabet networks will instantly go into all-GOP-corruption-all-the-time mode in the same manner we saw with the Christie Bridgegate explosion. A few weeks after the election, when the damage has been done, most of the charges will begin to crumble.

Yes, you can be. I am a devout Catholic and a Democrat. Just because some Democrats are corrupt doesn't mean we all are. The solution to the problems within the Democratic Party is the election of honest citizens who will step up and demand answers to the corruption within their own party.
