If you can’t drive while talking on the phone or talking with your passengers, than “talking” is not your problem.

Eating hot pizza while driving is something I avoid.
I once had a delivery/box truck with a serious steering issue. In order to drive it in a straight line I literally had to constantly move the wheel from the 9 o’clock position to 3 o’clock, constantly. Just to go in a straight line.
Talking was never a problem, eating anything but pizza was never a problem, smoking and drinking coffee was never a problem, changing my clothes while driving this vehicle was a problem.
Eating tacos while driving is almost impossible.
I had a vehicle like that. I changed out the steering gear (the old one was worn past adjustment), and once the steering was tight again, it took me 500 miles to learn how to drive in a straight line...
I’ve found that I’m on AUTO-PILOT in those circumstances - and I have absolutely no recollection of the road, during that time. I could have been in a coma and I would have remembered as much of the road ... even though I “did drive it” ... :-) ...
