So, how much does a pack of smuggled cigarettes compare to the current price of legal cigarettes?

Not sure, but the price of a carton of cigarettes in KY, WV or NH has got to be significantly lower than a carton in New York City.

The sell the smuggled cigs for the state mandated minimum in stores all over NY. Smuggled is cheaper than buying wholesale in NY.

In New York City, the difference is about $5.85 per pack, or nearly $60 per carton at retail. In other words, you can save nearly $6.00 per pack buying smuggled smokes in NYC.

Liberal busybodies can be so damn dumb.

Around here, legal smokes are about $80/carton while the going rate on the black market is $20-25.
