As long as they don’t use children I believe its legal. So they can get a young looking 18yr old, put her in pigtails and make their movies.
I think the anti-pornography laws are like the laws in defense of marriage, or the laws protecting the unborn . . . or, for that matter, the Affordable Care Act. The only laws that really matter now are those the elites care to enforce, like the one that forbids Christians from owning bakeries and hobby stores.
The actors are all over 18, but playing a child. Weird for sure.
