Following a standing ovation at his address to the standing-room-only crowd, Dr. Ben Carson said that the current state of our government and institutions are "very much like Nazi Germany." Carson says, “You had the government using its tools to intimidate the population. We now live in a society where people are afraid to say what they actually believe.”
Carson warns that our country is in a precarious position, and that political correctness coupled with government intimidation prevents open and honest dialogue.

taking the police and nationalizing them (not so yet in the USA)

Socialism is socialism whether it Nazi socialism or Stalinist socialism. Dr. Carson is correct. Wow! I like that guy! He’s gutsy.

Since ACA was upheld by the Supreme Court we have become an overtly totalitarian state in the political science definition of the terms. People don’t understand that the State’s ability to regulate all particulars is what defines totalitarianism. We are there as a matter of law.

I heard Dr Carson. He is smooth as silk.
He has the health care plan under control and says there are other plans and they must be integrated
He says there are several good candidates for President and if one doesn’t catch on. he will pray about it.
I have concluded he wants to be VP in charge of the health care and rebuilding the destruction of Obamacare.
It might not take a brain surgeon for the job, but when you have the best brain surgeon in the world wanting it, he should be given the job.

The imposter has nationalized most of US auto and banking industries through dictate or regulation.

This is just to show how bad the Nazis got. Yes Obama is heading towards a goal, but he is not there yet.

True, as you say, Nazi Germany ended up being much worse, but under Obama , we are on our way to becoming a totalitarian state, controlled by big government that punishes the people to have its way.The Nazis did not happen over night, it took several decades. They were elected by the German people before they began to use much force, and after the election, they seized absolute power, much the way Obama is doing, by conquering the other branches of government, and by destroying the wealthy class ( German industrialists), and subjugating them.
Many people have known tha Obama’s ideological roots are indeed facist, as proven by tests taken form history. Obamas methods are also fascist.
