Their guacamole comes from Sysco in large containers, my nephew is a salesman for Sysco. I buy ribeyes from him in 20 lb boxes. My wife and I both love to cook and Mexican food is our favorite, we make everything ourselves including the guacamole and salsa. My personal favorite is a Chili Relenos casserole. Every time we have a get together that’s what they want me to make. Raised here in West Texas where Mexican food is King if you stay out of the chain restaurants. Down by the south end of the ranch there’s a little Mom and Pop restaurant called Galvan’s. When you walk in the door there’s only room for about 20 people at two long tables. There is no menu’s, you eat what Mama G decided to make and it’s 10 buck’s and she keeps the hot homemade tortilla’s coming as long as your eating. When my hunters come in they always want to go see Mamma G.
