After WW2, Stalin exterminated or deported estimated million Greeks,Turks, Germans Poles, etc... that lived in and around the Crimea and Black sea regions and shipped in Russians .

deporting large numbers while bringing in Russian settlers was a common tactic for the Soviets. The wanted to Russianize the whole USSR.
