Just saw a story on CNN about a cop fatally shooting a firefighter for refusing to comply. Since the fireman was white, the commentators said he “deserved it”. Had the fireman been black, you know what would happen.

I have seen the video of the shooting. The fireman was on top of a uniformed police officer pummeling him, similar to how Trayvon Martin was on top of George Zimmerman. That will get you shot every time.

Much remains unknown about that incident, but from what I saw, if I had been the cop I would have shot to defend my life also.
