I have seen the video of the shooting. The fireman was on top of a uniformed police officer pummeling him, similar to how Trayvon Martin was on top of George Zimmerman. That will get you shot every time.

Much remains unknown about that incident, but from what I saw, if I had been the cop I would have shot to defend my life also.

I also saw the video. Zimmerman got charged with murder, and the CNN commentators said the fireman “deserved it”. See any difference?
