If your goal is to start race riots you need to embolden the “race” by letting them “get away with” some small riots and then when you encourage the big one, they will start because they think they will get away with it and continue because it has become so big that they are all affected in some way. As much as I know Muslims had nothing to do with the founding of the USA. I think that in the days Jefferson the USA even sent an ‘envoy’ by warship to Tripoli to tell Muslims to leave the USA alone.
