Maduro is the same leader who recently told Venezuelans ... that he has seen Hugo Chavez appear to him in the form of a bird... Hmmm... this Maduro fellow could be on to something. Could explain the bird that takes a crap on my car. Obama taking the form of a bird and spreading his gifts... makes sense...
