SOCHI, February 18 (Alexey Eremenko, RIA Novosti) – When five masked Pussy Riot activists emerged from a Sochi police precinct, they broke into a song titled “[Russian President Vladimir] Putin Will Teach You to Love the Motherland.”
The show did not attract much attention from the local denizens, but a loud, anxious, trampling crowd of foreign reporters chased them relentlessly as the activists began to scurry away while still singing the song.
An improvised press conference in the middle of the street followed, to the mad honking of blocked traffic. After an encore of the song, the activists sprinted over to a taxi stand where they all were driven away, without removing their masks, by impassive grizzled cabbies.

These feminazi punksters didn’t need to go to prison. All they needed to do was to repent of their anti-Orthodox hatred and blasphemy, and the Church would have asked that they be released.
But they chose the way of publicity, not the way of humility.

If these agitators had done their protest on the public street, they never would have been arrested in the first place. They violently interrupted an ongoing service within the Church, violating the rights of everyone else.

I guess the chick in prison has been abandoned by her group. In prison she’s started campaigning against brutal and inhumane treatment in the prisons.
Her friends were like “What happened to ya girl? You’re supposed to be supporting important issues like gays and abortion! Why you keep talking about this prison crap?” so her friends have pretty much ditched her.
