Is this a joke or is it serious?

I’m pretty sure VDH’s tongue is placed firmly in his cheek.

I’m not accustomed to reading VDH engaging in satire. This is satire, isn’t it?

Add “The Big One” act.

It’ll grant what remains of CA after the big one to entrepreneurs, with the mandate to rebuild what was once a state folks aspired to.

Those speaking English welcome.

Those speaking libtalk to be shot on sight.

Inspired. It’s worth monitoring this thread just to see the posts of those who take him seriously.

“.....achieve economic parity for undocumented immigrants by allowing them affordable housing in affluent areas where jobs are plentiful, wages are high, and opportunities exist for mentorships; and, two, to ensure cultural diversity among the non-diverse host community [3], bringing it into compliance with the state’s ethnic profile...”

I sure hope so.

I think for environmental and conservation reasons that all government employees and tax receiving dependants should be limited to 2 showers per week.

Then again, I don’ live there. lol

The grim situation is exemplified by the honest questioning as to the seriousness or satire here.

The Air Quality Management District enforces laws against burning wood in fireplaces on smoggy days. So, in the spirit of your idea, that same bunch you cited should only be allowed to cook in their fireplaces and only on clean-air days.

And I do live in CA.

VDH thinks we should get out of the Middle East. That would do more for Calif than everything else-the rest of the US too.
