Video taping would indicate a need to provide proof of their worth or loyalty to a cause or group. That suggests to me centralized organization and planning, which would go a long way towards explaining why the MSM and local law enforcement consistently attempt to trivialize these incidents.

Thing is,,, every time I eat there, there are uniformed cops there eating. I thought about telling the owners, but then realized that they probably liked the police presence. Even the Good Harvest Asian market often has armed guards outside the front door. Chinatown is mixed into the ghetto in Cleveland.
