Like I said initially, I’d love to have him as my president. I feel this is a street fight and the issue of Cruz’s eligibility ought to be settled judicially immediately and put to rest.
Ted’s father if he left Cuba and went to America would be granted American citizenship, their is a law on the books legalizing political refuges from Cuba.
True but he went to Canada to work for an oil company.
Would they now? And risk having Obastards shenanigans brought forth? I dont think so.
Is Canada an American country? Which Continent is it on? Have you read the articles of confederation? A little bit in there that was interesting about Canada.
Umm, yeah but the Canadians are pretty sure they’re not part of the US even though they’re on the American continent. Mexico too is on the Americn continent but not a part of the US. Did you have a point to make?
Democrats would be happy to make their point because they have mass agreement that their clown was born in Hawaii.
Not necessarily.
Cruz / Palin solves that problem.
:D
LOL. Since when has anything been settled judicially and immediately...?
Moreover, there seems to be nobody "with standing" who can get a court to hear the case against Barack Obama's eligibility.
Who would have standing in Ted Cruz' case?
Ted Cruz
Yer right! Let’s elect Cruz and then impeach him. ;-)
How?
Sarah gets in the back door.
She gets elected when Cruz is disqualified in October? Really? Are you in Colorado sampling the new recreational activities?
Yes, But I was thinking he would get inaugurated and then step down.
Democrats would rather have Cruz then Palin as president.
So we keep Palin as VP, in order to keep Cruz in the Whitehouse.
Palin gets into the Whitehouse, and Cruz gets to lead, right away.
Palin maybe, in eight years.
Just saying. I very much like this plan.
I provided a reference to this. Apparently you were too busy. The Constitution does not define the phrase natural-born citizen, and various opinions have been offered over time regarding its precise meaning. A 2011 Congressional Research Service report stated that
The weight of legal and historical authority indicates that the term “natural born” citizen would mean a person who is entitled to U.S. citizenship “by birth” or “at birth”, either by being born “in” the United States and under its jurisdiction, even those born to foreign parents; by being born abroad to U.S. citizen-parents; or by being born in other situations meeting legal requirements for U.S. citizenship “at birth”. Such term, however, would not include a person who was not a U.S. citizen by birth or at birth, and who was thus born an “alien” required to go through the legal process of “naturalization” to become a U.S. citizen.
The minor issue is that the foreign born of US parents refers to parents, plural. Minor to me, not necessarily to a Clinton appointed judge.
They drop the bomb in October and the democrat gets elected
See #57
By the logic that he's over 35, has been a resident of the U.S. for more than 14 years, and is a natural born citizen.
The Holder Justice Department doesn't have to do anything except sit back and watch folks like you rip into Cruz's eligibility based on their own interpretation of the Constitution. You'll do all the work for them.
