“That’s pure b.s.”

Right! The only thing left at Rasmussen is Scott’s name. He sold out and moved on, and those who now run the show are not of the same cut of cloth.

Yes, 3500 is a very large survey sample...margin of error low

And this deficit will be worse if GOP pass Amnesty

Primarying RINOs now even more important in 2014...

Back in MI 1...there is a very good man running against my friend..Dan Benishek who happened to stick the knife into our backs. MY FRIEND!! Mind you! So, I am backing Arcand for congress..against a personal friend of mine. Sad day for me.
Take a look at Arcand for congress web site if you get a bit o time.

Here in AZ, we got Gosar..and we are pleased with him.

Yep, polls are wrong, Rasmussen is a lefty who slants the data.

Just ask President Romney or President McCain, they'll tell ya.

I agree. If the republicans would stand firm for conservative principles, they would win in a landslide.

They would rather lose. They don’t want a smaller government, the want to be the ones in charge of a larger government. They’re willing to lose now, and hope to win later without us.

Not to worry, Boehner will fast track amnesty and that will bring all those illegals that now vote democratic, back into the GOPe camp.

No Really it will!

41% + 35% = 76%. Where's the other 24%? That is you, and me.

Yup.

The GOP-e is afraid to articulate an anti Obama message.

The result is that 41% of the population doesn't think that there's a problem in this country, and an additional 26% of the population does think that there is a problem in this country, and that there isn't a RINO's hair difference between the Democrats and the Republicans.

The GOP-e so-called strategy is an utter failure.

Worse yet, when GOP-e pulled money away from Cuch in Virginia in a tight race, it further signaled that there are GOP-e types who are out to destroy the Republican party and all the things that it used to stand for.

Also, doesn't the GOP always trail in these generic polls? If I recall right we've trailed in them even when we had blowout wins. I tend to ignore the generic polling and focus on the race by race polling, which is a much better indicator of where things are at.

Wait until the GOP passes amnesty. The bottom will drop out on the GOP.
The once grand party will be finished.

It's a pretty tough choice. In a contest between the Evil Party and the Stupid Party, greed usually wins.

However, if the GOP "leadership" were to change and really lead a fight between the Evil Party and a proudly Constitution Party, they would be way ahead with runaway numbers and soaring toward victory this year.

Unfortunately, I don't see either the GOP "leaders" or their money-grabbing consultants changing their tune, so I expect more of the same humiliation and defeat at the national level as the usual "leaders" of the Stupid Party continue to put their own constituents and the nation's best interests up against the wall and shoot them.

One would think these clowns would have it figured out by this time that you need to encourage and protect your base and stand for something other than getting elected and attending all the right Washington cocktail parties.

In several Comments since the 2012 election, I have predicted the following:

(1) An intense and completely successful focus by the Democrat Party to turn out Black, Hispanic, immigrant, and poor white women voters in 2014.

(2) Republicans, at best, will gain one or two seats in the Senate.

(3) Republicans will lose seats in the House, but just barely maintain their completely useless majority.

As usual, the Republican leadership is doing everything in it's power to demoralize, attack, and undermine Conservatives.

Boehner, McConnell, and Paul Ryan completely support Amnesty, and they will do absolutely nothing serious to reduce government spending or to repeal ObamaCare.

Has Rasmussen taken up the cheerleading role in the Obama disinformation campaign?

The GOP does badly in these polls because is operates no differently than if it were secretly controlled by the same Globalists and Marxists that control Democrat Party.
