That’s OK. UN officials are like Doritos - they’ll make more.

The IMF in Afghanistan?

I suppose that could be in James “Jim” Phelps’ arena depending on the mission at hand... I wonder if any of the old team are still around, though... Roland, Cinnamon, Barney and Willy.

I went to this Lebanese restaurant many times when I lived there for a couple of years. It was two blocks from the guest house where I lived and I never felt safe there - or in my guest house. There is no security from something like this there.

You’re so cute. These people were actually there trying to help the Afghanis. Two of the Americans taught at the US sponsored university there (one taught economics, which they certainly need) and another person killed, a Danish woman, was a police officer who was trying to professionalize their police force.

So think again. This was a horrible act. It was bad not only for the victims but for the Afghan people. If we has a real President, he’d be going after the Taliban for this. But we have a jerk who doesn’t care and in fact is probably on their side. Don’t support him with silly remarks.

Attacks provide a reason for continued Western military presence, which somehow “can’t stop” opium production.

Same for the IMF re-distributors. Not sure how sad and tragic I feel about this one. After the IMF tells the US sovereign government they cannot stop QE infinity. 80 Billion dollars a month to banks and wall street forever man.
