I’ll gladly go somewhere else from now on. Tah Tah, CB!
Totally agree with your every word and expression. (Except Tah Tah sounds too swishy to me. How's "Up yours, CB"? Nah; that's gay too.)

In Soviet America, the proper salutation is "Da Svedanya"...

That is where they get us, isn’t it. We won’t turn off our cable/satellite tv, we won’t stop going to their movies, we won’t stop listening to their music.

We need to treat them like liberals treat us. They must apologize and fire the decision makers. They must send all their management and office personnel to Christian Sensitivity classes. They must do Christian outreach by donating tons of money to Christian advocacy groups on the behalf of all Christians. Then we can consider them repented.

Hell yeah, Let's punish this business, who have given a reasonable apology, until they have to layoff and fire thousands of innocent employees. Maybe we can even force a whole bunch of their locations to close. We can make those unemployment lines even longer! Not conservative in my book. I can forgive them. This time. If it happens again.....different story.

To continue to condemn them now is to call into question the value of bowing to pressure.

The whole CB controversy erupted precisely because CB bowed to pressure. If we did not condemn them, the DD merchandise would still be off the shelves. Continued condemnation will ensure that other corporations think before they act.

I haven’t duck hunted in years but I’m going to buy one of the Duck Commander calls just to have it. I have about a dozen calls, my favorite is a “Hambone” made by a Mr. Hamblin in Lonoke, Arkansas about 40 years ago.

I guess they finally realized that the gay community is not their biggest customer base.

I'm sure our emails and telephone calls had an impact but A&E probably complained about Cracker Barrel removing their cash cow products from their shelves. It's all about their bottom line.

“weird how this family endorsed a republican in their area and speak out more but now they are being reigned in, mmmmmmmmmm”

Let’s see. See my tag line below. Once you understand that and see who the founder was here

http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/chat/3104024/posts?page=146#146

then you’ll understand why they endorsed a Pubbie.

“....everyone take a Duck Call with them....blow it at any dim - lib you come across.”

The Duck Call should become the symbol of conservative pushback! Every patriot should own one and sound it wherever appropriate.

QUACK! QUACK! [YOU LIBERALS NO LONGER OWN US!!]

I sent mine through their website but I took the option to report discrimination instead of the general run of the mill email option. There was an email form for both. They wanted details on how I was discriminated against, etc. and I didn’t hold back. We WERE discriminated against as soon as they took sides.

They bowed to conservative pressure regarding this specific matter pertaining to DD. They have been responsive. Corporations are controversy-averse, the greater contriversy wins out. There is a lesson here, but it won’t matter one whit if they’re not rewarded for conceding to us. So, they’ve done what we wanted, maybe it’s time to lay off them about it.

So just like every thing else these days, when someone does something stupid or malicious all they have to do is say, “I’m sorry” or “I made a mistake” and it makes it all better.

The days of corporations or people understanding that the harm they do and the “mistakes” they make taint their character and reputation.

Sorry Cracker Barrel, you can’t stuff that genie back in the bottle that easy. Whoever made this stupid decision is still representing the company and needs to go publicly before I ever set foot in your business again.

I can’t find that CDC report. Can you find it and post it as a separate thread?

That was not persuasive to me at all. Getting mad at me and suggesting I must do something I don’t want to do doesn’t persuade me? Why did you bother?
