My wife thinks I’m too “jumpy” too. But I’d rather be too twitchy than tuned out.

Getting to the point where you have to walk the way helicopter pilots fly.

I see the media is now in cover up mode and is downplaying this violent activity. Here’s why. Public awareness is beginning, and everyone is noticing that it’s non-Whites who are always the ones attacking Whites and Asians. The media can’t allow that, so it goes into full protect mode and starts spitting out lie after lie.

I hope that the next person knocked to the ground is a bleeding heart liberal media type.

The whole rationale behind “blacks can’t be racist” is that they don’t have the power to impose their racism on others.

Well, a punch in the face or back of the head is sure imposing “something”.

If blacks can be racist, then a huge chunk of the left’s hold on power vanishes.

I'm not so sure about this one. Inside a bar? This may just be a cat fight.

No. I hope you did not mistunderstand what I said and the context in which I said it. These are two different situations.

I am fully supportive of profiling in a vast body of endeavors from financial to personal. We are alive today because we profile.

If I saw a group of ten young black men walking towards me, I would indeed profile them, but...I wouldn’t say to myself “They are black. This is bad.”

I would say to myself: “It is a large group of black men. Where am I right now? Am I across the street from a police station or in a part of the city where there are bars on the windows of homes and no other people around? What is their demeanor? Are they in a jovial mood wearing suits and going to a church for a wedding, or are they wearing hats sideways on their heads, baggy pants falling down and loudly cursing or carrying on? Are they eyeing me with open or concealed hostility as they approach?”

And, to be fair, I would view a large group of young white men the same way and ask myself many of the same questions.

It would be very unlikely to ask myself the same questions of a large group of elderly black people or young black men pushing baby strollers.

It is not racist to consider the race, but it is racist to have that be the ONLY consideration. And I think there are very few people who would disagree with me on this.

What do you think?

A lot of them have been bleeding heart liberals. They always say it was some individual, not racist and they hold no grudge or in some way exonerate the attacker.

The goal is to make sure whites walk in fear and know the blacks are in charge.

Ditto your handle, BTW.

It’s a supremacy thing.
Same thing with that charge of “microaggression” for correcting grammar and punctuation in a graduate level course.

Strange that the professional leftists are out denying that one group of moronic Obama voters attack another group of Obama voters. IMHO “The Left” is way more fragile than the professional conservative fundraisers let on.

The knockout game is over-hyped? Was the Trayvon Martin case, over-hyped? Actually, the knockout game news has been suppressed for years. And the knockout game is just a fraction of the mob violence by Black Americans against non-Blacks that has been escalating for years and also suppressed by the "news" media.

My question is why now? Why the coverage of the knockout attacks now? That's what gets me. They've suppressed the news for years and they could've gone on suppressing the news forever. What's changed? Why start with the coverage?

The Philly Mayor and Al Sharpton feel obligated to make statements.

Here's something about the liberal media that explains something about their coverage. They believe that the ordinary Americano is a racist, bigot, barely suppressed murderer, who must be protected from news that would set off the violence and from anything that would confirm his innate racism.

Therefore, criminals who are Black, cannot be identified as Black due to confirmation of racism. The knockout assaults fit this profile. Black mobs are identified as "youths", when not suppressed altogether. Black flash mob attacks on stores are suppressed. Finally, the media reaches back to the "everyone does it meme". Whites also commit knockout attacks in the knockout game, which doesn't exist.

Liberals twist themselves into knots trying to keep their ideology straight. Insanity is the better word for it.

The “Knockout Game” has perhaps been refined over time, but a form of it has been around for at least 25 years.

I used to work at a police department in a metropolitan area of California. Starting in the early 1980’s, groups of black teenagers and young adults began roaming the downtown areas, usually on Friday or Saturday nights or during special events. These groups would assault white or Asian pedestrians walking alone. The assaults always involved a vicious series of punches and kicks, often resulting in the victims being knocked to the ground for additional blows.

The victims would occasionally lose personal items during the assaults, and at first we classified these assaults as strong-armed robberies or attempted robberies. But before long we realized that these weren’t robberies. The attacks looked just like gang initiation rites. It soon became clear that the suspects were committing these assaults simply because they enjoyed it. The local press and our command staff refused to admit there was a racial element in these brutal attacks, but every beat cop knew exactly what was going on.

The beat cops began referring to the gangs as “rat packs”, which further irritated our command staff.

Political correctness was rampant even back then. But I’m glad some of the news media has finally broken through the PC barrier, and are starting to do some factual reporting.
