Just one more....HIDDEN IN PLAIN VIEW: The Zapruder Film and the Shot that Missed

A newly published theory (2007) about the Kennedy assassination demands that we re-examine the Zapruder film, more closely than ever before.

Classic double hit—one guy shoots the target and then is killed. I think the police officer that Oswald shot was to kill Oswald—but Osward fired first—tyhe Jack Ruby thing was a quick fix to the mess—and had high level help to have him at just the right spot.

Moore's book is a nice little gem I wish people knew about, but Fuhrman and Posner's book are both very well known -- both were number highly ranked bestsellers. I believe Posner's was even #1 for at least a week or two.

The additional bullet theory in the WCR is also known to most people who've read at least one book on the assassination.

The point is, this is not part of the arcana of the Kennedy assassination; it's NOT new.

It was a disappointment because it meant Goldwater would be running against Johnson who would be a more formidable candidate.

I went to New York City for the Young Americans for Freedom convention where we resolved unanimously to draft Goldwater. Organizing in our area was Dick Allen Richard V. Allen whose enthusiasm was contagious.

In the interim fifty years I've read a good deal of the information gleaned from the thousands of declassified documents which indicate the conventional account is a creation to satisfy an a priori hypothesis.

Our friend from Army intelligence post-Korean War explained what a "dangerous man" the military-intelligence establishment considered this Kennedy.

Our friend in the financial houses of Boston and New York of the time related Eliot Janeway's (LBJ economic adviser and presidential backer) '63 visit (just after EO 11110 wherein Comptroller of the Currency James J Saxon issued U.S. Notes rather than Federal Reserve) literally hissing what a "dangerous man" was this Kennedy. It was and is the theme.

It was great sport for friends to curse him in re Bay of Pigs, since seen as terribly flawed, choosing a swamp sixty miles from a mountain retreat, but that was the intent--a provocation to blow back on the president with the wrath of willing assassins, Cubans and their CIA handlers.

Lee Oswald enlisted in the Marines in 1956 and the following year he was seen training at the Nags Head facility by Richard Case Nagell a Korean veteran and CIA field agent.

James Angelton used Oswald in his false defector program and manipulated his files, as well as the impersonations in Mexico City at the Cuban and Soviet embassies prior to the assassination.

The Fair Play for Cuba Committee operation was under David Atlee Phillips later Western Hemisphere head for the Agency, and James McCord, career agent later used against Nixon by Helms in the Watergate operation.

Lee Oswald was retracted with the coordination of CIA Domestic Contacts officer J Walton Moore, CIA asset George DeMohrenschildt, the Paines (Michael's mother best friends with Allen Dulles's mistress; Ruth's sister CIA and Dulles visited her weeks prior to the assassination). It was Ruth who placed Lee Oswald in the Depository.

At the time of the shots, he was downstairs in the lunchroom, then getting change for the Coke he held when Baker and Truly passed through to see the women employees on the fourth floor, the office from which Vickie Adams and Sandra Styles descended without seeing the man who was not on the sixth floor.

Victor Marchetti former Deputy to Director of Central Intelligence Richard Helms said Lee Oswald in calling John Hurt of Raleigh North Carolina from the Dallas jail Saturday night November 23 1963 was attempting a clean contact to his intelligence handler, a violation of tradecraft which signed his death warrant.

Ruby had been in contact with associates of Roselli, Giancana, Hoffa, Marcello and others in intensified telephone calls logged as the assassination approached. Roselli told Jack Anderson Ruby had been sent to silence Oswald, a mistake which cost Roselli his life shortly thereafter (1976).

A man who did not order or receive, practice with, store, transport or shoot the weapon alleged. DPD and AEC Oak Ridge Lab confirmed Oswald's cheek negative for GSR, while Oak Ridge tested seven actual shooters of the alleged weapon, all of whom were positive.

The fatal shot to the right temple exiting the right occipitoparietal (a wound seen by eighty per Robert Groden's count) came from in front of the president who was looking left twenty-five degrees at Z-313 when the limousine directed the cone of trajectory away from the depository toward the South Knoll.

The throat shot entered from the front from a similar source.

Goldwater would've bombed Vietnam back into the Stone Age; Kennedy signed National Security Action Memorandum 263 to begin removing the 16,000 US advisers--having conferred with Ambassador Gullion in 1951 he was not putting US combat forces in country.

The military-intelligence establishment counted three strikes: Bay of Pigs refusal to use US forces (USS Essex); Missile Crisis refusal to trigger the 40,000 Soviet troops and technicians and nuclear intermediate, medium, tactical, cruise and submarine torpedos; the American University speech June 10 1963 instituting a test ban, calling for an end to the Cold War as he sought through secret correspondence detente with Khrushchev and demarche with Castro.

Add the threat to CIA through NSAMs 55, 56, 57; the Federal Reserve threat; the oil depletion allowance threat; the organized crime prosecution by AG RFK; the sense of betrayal of the Cuban exiles and there was a vast opposition ready to welcome a change of regime by any means.

I had looked forward to debates between Goldwater and Kennedy. Goldwater's Conscience of a Conservative and William F Buckley's Sharon Statement founding YAF set the stage for a clear choice--and Reagan famously spoke of A Time for Choosing.

LBJ prosecuted a very limited war and would not cut off the enemy re-supply The Day It Became the Longest War then copped out March 1968

Nixon would not try Fonda for treason Aid and Comfort: Jane Fonda in North Vietnam (the authors included me in their acknowledgements) (and now look who's our Secretary of State--as we appease Iran)

The war once joined should have been left to the military to win--but the political leaders lacked the will to win.

The obstacle to the war was removed, not by a lone communist gunman but a motivated and professional team used to removing regimes around the world.

The magic bullet has its counterpart in the video explanation of the brutal attack on the US Embassy and CIA compound at Benghazi.

A political artifice to conceal a darker truth the people are considered unworthy of knowing.

And now Iran is released from sanctions and we may all rest easy with the confidence John Kerry will enforce inspections backed by the iron will of Barry Hussein.

They surely believe that as they got over on us with the big hit a half century ago, we won't raise the slightest objection as the nuclear clock nears midnight now.

So, what did Jack think would happen next after he shot Oswald, assuming, that is, that alert Dallas officers didn't shoot him dead at the scene instead of merely arresting him for murder I? What was Jack Ruby's plan?

Jack Ruby was dying of cancer, he died shortly after killing Oswald, he had no plan other than killing Oswald, he didn't expect to get away or live through it. The fact he had nothing to lose goes a long way towards justifying the theory he was acting under orders from someone else.

>>> If the shot was straight shot from the front right it would have blowen out the left back of the head also <<<

At 56 replies in... your simple explanation of what a bullet does upon exiting the body; especially the head, which is in large part a sphere of bone (brittle) filled with soft tissue (liquid/gel like) can be supported by just about every other gunshot exit wound ever recorded or examined. Think of the high speed photography taken of inanimate objects like boards, apples, cans, milk jugs, saplings, phone books, etc. The entry points remain relatively unscathed and the exit points display outward disfigurement following the path of the bullet. Front shooter??? Case closed.

I’m sure ol’ Arlon appreciates your vote of confidence, if he can read it while screaming in HELL. File the latest CIA work-ups dutifully spewed by the propaganda media with the TWA Flight 800 fiction video.

Oliver Stoned is wrong, his history sucks, and the left cannot come to grips with the fact that a lonely depressed America-hating, proto-Occupy-Wall Street, pro-Soviet, pro-Cuba commie killed a great American man.

I have the zapruder film, which clearly shows a shot from the front right

Not to argue...but the reason the exit wound on his right front is because when the shot hit him in the back of the head as he was turning his head toward the left toward Jackie and his head was dropping down...that angle lines up with the shot Oswald took...

That is clearly shown in the film...

Many people have duplicated the rear head shot and the result are the same...

But continue in your belief...

Does anyone have a count of just how many dozens of different conspiracy theories are out there there now?

My mind is numb from all this JFK information over the past weeks (and years...)

Honest question: If the fatal shot(s) came from the front, how are Gov. Connolly's wounds explained?

LHO’s first shot hit the traffic light shield which was changed out in the 90’s and had never been examined for a bullet impact even though it was in the first sight line from the window after the limo turned onto Elm.

Wrong! Latest information indicates that there were at least two shooters: two different types of bullets were
in evidence.

You are absolutely right! The first shot forced him forward,
the second shot forced him backwards. Also, consider that
the Italian rifle supposedly used was a piece of garbage
and the telescopic sight was next to useless.
