The earlier ObamaCare undercover videos from James O’Keefe and Project Veritas caught “navigators” encouraging people to lie on their applications, in order to score bigger taxpayer subsidies and lower premiums. The third video in the series catches the communications director for Enroll America of Texas – a group required by law to remain non-partisan, in order to receive a 501(c)(3) tax exemption – offering to hand over private and confidential ObamaCare enrollment data to someone he believes is a political activist, who offers to pay for the data.

I hope that so many refuse to enroll that it’s impossible to prosecute them.

In the video I saw, he did no such thing. He beat around the bush a great deal and reminded us of rule 17.

Nor will I. Odds are the thing will implode before there’re any consequences.

“At first he said he couldnt, but then He ended up agreeing to it”

Yeah, but he didn’t actually DO anything. At least not from what the video shows. The provocateur was badgering the hell out of the guy, so looks to me like the guy just told him what he wanted to hear to get him to go away.

He usually releases the whole story in drips and drabs.
Recall the Acorn videos.

Will be interesting to see if their are other dominos in this story

I’m glad FReepers are still strong enough to examine the evidence themselves and reach conclusions other than the headline. I have no idea what’s correct, I just appreciate that some places on the internet still do more than just react to the headline (which is often poorly-written, deceptive, or utterly unrelated to the story).

It shows that the guy can be convinced. If he caved in one 15 minute conversation, imagine what can really happen. Plus, he directed him to another source and stated the three organizations were one in the same.
