Flashback: Newt Gingrich on reining in Court Power

The Senate, by not passing a budget, and by saying fund all or nothing, has taken away the House's power of the purse to defund courts or an other agency that goes beyond its power.

If the House impeaches a judge, the current senate would neither try nor convict and remove from office.

If the House abolished a court, or limited its jurisdiction, that law would never get through the senate.

Every means by which the people can rein in a courts power would be halted by the US Senate and then by former Senator Barack Obama.

Therefore, we must change the membership of the senate, by removing as many current senators as possible, replacing them with actual conservatives.

And we must begin the process of amending the Constitution with Mark Levin's plan of an Article V convention so that states or the congress can overturn court rulings.

We live in very dangerous times!

Newt is absolutely correct. He had many things right and is one of the greatest statesman America had and if Americans were not so blind they could see it. Sure he had some mistakes but who didn't. But as a Constitutional conservative he was and still is brilliant.

For those that did all they could to shoot Romney down, miss him yet? We still have millions of King Obama lovers even here on FR.

Newt spanks Megyn…..something that many of us…well, never mind. But this was an absolute take down of an arrogant journalist who was waaaaaaaaaay over her head.

But second, Mitt ravaged Newt - and then called Obama a nice guy. And Newt lost his own way in Florida as well. All such a shame. When Newt is the good Newt, there’s no one better……but there’s this issue of the bad newt….

With pleasure.

Metaphysically speaking, when you make [complex] things simple enough for people to understand, they become transparent, clear - visible enough to see through.

If you make them simpler than that (clear, transparent) they become invisible, blank, empty, i.e., they no longer convey enough information to be meaningful, or in other words, they lose [the transparency of] the original meaning.

I hope that was simple enough? ;^)
