As far as I can tell you won't even get that far. For a lot of people their new policy won't provide any coverage for care at the research oriented hospitals that handle the tough cases. So when it comes to needing really sophisticated medical care, you're simply uninsured, even though you are paying higher premiums every month.

My premium for a healthy family of four went up 42.6% and the deductible went from $3500 to $6K.

We don’t spend $6K per year on medical care. Hell, we don’t spend $3K!

I’m in negotiations right now with doctors to go to a cash basis with them. It may be cheaper to do that, buy a catastrophic coverage policy, and change my withholding so that I have to pay tax at the end of the year and say FU to Obama and his abortion of a “healthcare reform” law!

The Obamacare abortion MUST be repealed!
