Why oh why couldn’t the WV GOP have put up a credible candidate against this poseur?
As I recall they did have a pretty good candidate. manchin had to convince the dummies that he was a conservative to win. Apparently that wasn’t really very difficult....
No idea. For some reason, they thought a guy who had lost a gazillion times would beat him.
Mark my words, the next time Manchin is up, they WILL run John Raese again. Oh, he can win this time! The guy is a loser.
Manchin was very vulnerable. May still be next time. But the WV GOP can’t get its head out of its ass. The GOP candidates have had the charisma of something that if you stepped in it, you wouldn’t be happy.
