Well after reading the comments it appears the “buyer” had a fairly legit complaint. Why not just give him his money back? He never took possession of the car. Yeah the reaction to getting screwed by a shady used car dealer was rather poor. But I think I’d be pissed off too if I’d just been screwed out of 300 bucks.

1) The Florida Lemon Law applies to new vehicles only.
2) The young man was 20 years old, legally able to sign a contract.
3) Even if the contract is legally “unconscionable” (egregiously unfair), enough to be canceled in court, it still does not justify assault.
4) If you notice later in the video that the wound on the woman’s head is quite small, but head wounds can be like that, profusely bleeding even from a minor injury. It is easy to fool most people that it is a severe injury when it looks like that.
I don’t see the problem here. It looks like any normal business transaction between the Leroy’s and anyone not Negro.
