Well after reading the comments it appears the “buyer” had a fairly legit complaint. Why not just give him his money back? He never took possession of the car. Yeah the reaction to getting screwed by a shady used car dealer was rather poor. But I think I’d be pissed off too if I’d just been screwed out of 300 bucks.
He wasn't screwed out of anything...he signed a contract and renigged. That's what a deposit is for. Point is the three hundred bucks is chump change for what will happen now. Lard ass is going to pay in time and money!!!
