This is exactly why I do NOT want any delays in implementing 0baMaocare....I want it to start affecting voters and their pocketbooks - with a full year to let it all sink in before the 2014 elections.
You are correct. Instead, the republicans will save the Dems from their votes with defund/delay attempts.
They should enact it all without exception or waivers.
