The USSA will have a million, or more, new citizens that will be devoted to dear leader.
It is the belief that they are the true elite. The better ones who know better for all concerned. And by that right, are entitled to more privilege than the lowly masses.
They, consumed with superiority, also believe that which issues from their loins is also superior, and by right will take the reins of rule when the time comes.
You can see it in the Kennedy Klan, Clinton Clan, hell, even Obama for that matter - highest nose of all.
You even see it in Hollywood where stars coerce movies for their children trying to get them in on the whole ego trip...
