A North Carolina bill that prohibits judges from considering foreign law, including Islamic Shariah, became law Monday without Gov. Pat McCrory’s signature. The bill was one of 34 passed by the legislature during the summer.
McCrory signed the other 33 bills, calling the anti-Shariah bill “unnecessary,” but declined to veto it...

He is right- there SHOULD BE no need for such a law
Our laws are the only thing that should be used in our courts. You would think that any other law cited would be grounds for immediate overturn on appeal
Well, a judge ruled Oklahoma’s attempt to ban Sharia Law as being unconstitutional. I pray it doesn’t turn out to be the case in North Carolina as well.
A judge in OK ruled against a ban of an unconstitutional law as being ‘unconstitutional’? Wow...!
What bugs me is with the presidents set with the California Gay Marrige Issues, should States go the ballot initiative to stop Sharia and then make it a State Consitutional Admendment and it gets lip service like Moon Beam Brown did, does it slip under the radar?
Considering that the Feds are filled with collectivists and members of the Muzzy Brotherhood should we really be that surprised?
Worth watching to see what happens next.
